My husband and I had a couples massage here on Saturday. It was amazing! The staff was so nice, and really did an great job. Our appointment was last minute, but they squeezed us in. I hurt my back and was hoping for some much needed relief. Everything was great! We left so relaxed. Best massages ever!

Brandee has been awesome for me to get some work on,I'm on my feet bending over clients and by the end of the week she takes out all the aches and muscle cramps from my head to the bottom of my sore feet for an older fellow(65yrs).Wrings out my shoulders everything in between! The staff at the front desk are very accommodating and help me reschedule my appointments!

I don't want to be "that guy" but I have to share my experience. I walked in and checked it out and they were able to get me in almost right away so hey, at least that was good. I shared what was hurting and the areas I needed working on. I asked The massause to go as deep as she could because I'm a muscular guy but I could already tell she couldn't get the knots out because she was struggling. I appreciate her trying but I am paying for this and I left still in extreme pain. The one star is mainly aimed at the receptionists because I told them when they asked how my massage was that I was still in pain and honestly the massage didnt do anything for me. They just said sorry in a dismissive tone, said sign here and then talked to the customer beside me and she invited them to the open house they were having. It was extremely rude and I will not be going back.

FURIOUS with this place, through a demonstrated lack of customer service and minimal (if any) attention to detail. After 4 months of regular massage for me, I booked my husband a last minute appointment. It took 5 calls to get someone to answer the phone but was able to book for the following day. Upon his arrival the massage was not only not on their calendar, but the desk attendant was cold, unsympathetic, unapologetic, and miffed at even having to work on her day off (which she deigned to share with him). No thank you. It's fine to be nice when things are going well, but you still have to honor customer service when they aren't. I'll update this review based on a call with their management tomorrow.

They have one of the best massage therapists I have ever used. And Ive been through alot. Love this place. Highly recommended
