I would highly recommend going somewhere else.  I will never return again.  Went to pink elephant today to get my car washed paid for the premium package just about $45, as I'm sitting in the chair waiting for my car,  I hear yelling the employees were yelling at each other saying some pretty profound profanity. someone had drove a range rover in the car wash which in return ripped off the wiper blades.  And the employees just sat and screamed at each other very unprofessional.  I walked up just to make sure my new car wasn't involved in the damage drama and they wouldn't give me the time a day. Then the guy that was yelling profanity proceeds to drive peoples cars out of the wash very erratically.  My car sat wet which in return dried and left spots all over it.  This was not the premium package I paid for! spots left on my car, windows were Smudged,and footprints left on driver side floor.  I would highly highly suggest looking elsewhere

Great place to get your car washed a d a fun experience.  Free coffee and hot chocolate and comfortable waiting room with a flat screen tv.

Nice and friendly atmosphere to be while waiting for the bus. The employees are attentiveness when it comes to their  customer service.

So came in today to get car wash and scrub done after taking my money says couldn’t do full wash they close in 30 mins  hmmm at 4:30 no thier supposed to close at 6pm but today I guess thier closing early and was really rude don’t have to many signs up about washes and what they offer. Also all I can hear them talk about they should’ve closed earlier they didn’t get no tips talking back and forth foul language I spent $45 for platinum car wash which was done half ass what did I pay for them
To run it threw water pretty much wish I could get a refund differently not coming back here don’t watse ur time or money on this place smh

I should have read the reviews before attending. They did not clean the car very carefully (I paid for a full inside cleaning and they barely wiped down the main surfaces). The car looked no cleaner than it does after it rains.
