I am a returning customer from over the past couple of years. When I visit, it's always been a great experience. The service is fast and enjoyable. What I love best is seeing familiar faces, which means longevity. I've worked with a particular gentlemen over the years named Hakeem, he always informative and pleasant. Thanks Elgin furniture!

Our salesman (Brandon) was awesome.  This young man was very knowledgeable, honest and extremely professional.  We had an issue with delivery (someone failed to include the brackets that came with the bench set we purchased).  We were told by the delivery men that we would have to wait until they returned to our area to get the brackets (we're talking 2 days later).  I thought this was unacceptable, so I called Brandon right away and the delivery men were at my house 3 hours later.  

We are truly grateful for the level of customer service we received thus far. Hence why I gave a 5 star rating.

My delivery men were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. In rating my experience i give them a 10. Thank you for a job well done.

Applied for promotional 0% interest credit, was told specifically no hard inquiry. What actually happened was the salesman applied me for in-store credit (24.55%), with a hard inquiry on my credit. Salesman did lie to me as I asked specifically about what type of credit check and which type of credit check (as well as when I would have results of said credit approval) but store has nice selection though. Will be staying on top of them until they remove unwarranted inquiry.
