I have had business with them since 2009 and loved the service there, even referred them. I came in to purchase a living room set and was happy with the young lady who helped us but the manager inexcusably publicly embarrassed me and my husband. He started by informing me, a full time nursing student, that I basically alone didn't make enough and asked my husband to retrieve his pay stubs from home, which we understand. When we returned, after driving to get it, the SALES LADY informed us that because I didn't make enough, we were ineligible for a few more pcs of furniture with the difference of $20 a month. Even though my husband makes more than enough for both of us. Basically we were REDLINED (which is ILLEGAL) because we didn't come in with the appearance of wealth. He was loud and inconsiderate in explaining his point of view, making us feel like we insulted him by coming there. We are a family trying to do what we can so we can progress in life and because we know our worth, we refused the entire transaction than to be belittled for the sake of a $20 difference a month for furniture. I smiled and thanked them for their time but I advise anyone to always know what to stand for and what not to stand for.
