This is without a doubt one of the worst Home Depot stores out there. I placed a call to see if they had a particular item in stock as I live an hour from this store. I wanted to verify before making the 2 hour round trip. Makes sense right? One would think at least. I called and spoke to someone in Lawn & Garden. Let's just say he was TERRIBLE. Awful service, it was as if I was an inconvenience to him. He finally found the item and I asked him to please hold it for me as I would be coming to get it in couple of hours. His response? "you need to contact Will Call to do so". I said "could you please handle this for me so I don't have to go through all this again with someone else?" How next response? "this is not my job, but I will do it". REALLY? Wish I was lying folks but this is a true story. I wish I could give a zero. I was desperate to get this item as this was the only store in a 50 mile radius that had it. I got the item and I will NEVER shop there again. Perhaps you should offer a customer service 101 class.

Spent 45 minutes at Lowes on Miles Rd. not being helped or finding what I needed. Spent 15 minutes at Home Depot Libby Rd. I was asked if I needed help by two people one got me to the electric isle man. The electric isle man helped me find exactly what is wanted and gave me helpful advice. Thanks!!!

They have what I need most of the time, but their employees are so rude & unhelpful. Every time I ask someone where something is located or if they have a certain item, no one knows. Youre lucky if they even know what your talking about. Apparently this guy who works there had no idea what am air conditioner relay was-- which they didn't even have. Hire people who at least have some knowledge about appliances.

If you are a contractor, house flipper, DIY person, or even someone fixing a household item... GO TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT!!! 1. The selection is terrible and the inventory of what they are suppose to have is even worse. 2. Everything is un-organized with different sizes, parts, even items in the wrong spot. 3. Specifically the plumbing, drywall, and outdoor power equipment departments are the worse. 4. I specifically made a list of PEX parts I needed to do plumbing. I could not find one thing I needed. I literally decides to go a whole different route to get the job done. 5. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Not one person asked if I needed help. When I finally asked, they did not know anything, or they weren't the person for that department. Upper managemen needs to come in and set the tone. Take the store manager to a good store and show them what leadership looks like.
