Stumbled into this little gem after looking for breakfast options while I waited for my car to be serviced near by. I used google maps and it took me to the outside of a comercial building without any obvious sign of the cafe. Puzzled I walked into the building to ask and they pointed me towards the parking area and there it was, cozily set up in the parking entrance with a few tables ready for service.  The menu has plenty of options several reviews include it so I’ll skip that, service was prompt and friendly, prices are very reasonable and before I could check a few things on my phone they said my order was ready.  The bagel sandwich was tasty with soft, fresh bagel covering the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. Based on this experience I have to imagine their omelettes are serious.  All in all, highly recommended and make sure you don’t miss it peak inside the parking.

I will no longer order from this Cafe. I had ordered breakfast with a mamey shake. When I received it I notice it was pretty much water with color I had to throw it away. I decided to give them another try. In their menu it shows French bread with eggs and cheese,  bacon or ham for $4.50 or 2 for $8. I told her I wanted that with no bacon nor ham just the French bread with egg and cheese. I also ordered the English Muffin with egg and cheese priced at $2.50 in the menu which they gave it to me stapled in the bag on my previous order. When asked for the total it was more than what I had calculated. I called back and requested the break down. They were charging me $1 extra for the cheese in each item even though it is included and I was not taking the bacon nor ham. Also, a surcharge fee of .59 cents even though I was paying cash not with cc.

Ordered a tuna sandwich with French baguette and a Mamey milkshake. The tuna in the sandwich was not bad but not great. The baguette was disgusting it was super hard, stale and crumbly. I was looking into drinking then I mamey shake, which is my favorite. I can’t even believe how this restaurant cause that a mamey shake. It was a bright red color like a tomato; mamey is nowhere near that color. So I called and asked what they made it with in they said that they made it with frozen mamey and that they did 50% water and 50% milk, specifically when I ordered I only ordered 100% milk no water. And they still added water it was disgusting. When have you ever heard that a milkshake takes water Will not be ordering from them again. I wanted to give them a shot this would be the fifth time that they mess up or give me something stale.

Order from them almost every other day, great customer service and will fix right away. Food is delicious and on time when on a busy schedule in the office. Love the soup, Jamaican patties, and chicken philly.

Bad quality, I try to give them a chance out of convenience since they in my office building but I think this is the last time I’ll order from here. The delivery team is great, wished the cook was just as good. Ordered a Strawberry and Banana smoothie and I got strawberries with water and ice, hand to drink out of the cup since I couldn’t use a straw. After swig number 2 I just tossed the darn thing.

I &lt;3 Eli's Cafe!  Eli's Cafe has excellent food, service, and staff. I have tried various items on their menu, and it is always fresh, delicious and satisfying! Everyone I have introduced this cafe to is also so pleased that they, like myself, become a dedicated customer. If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not order from here. when you order a Cuban toast they send you old bread and when order a steak sandwich they send you mostly bread, potato sticks and Philly cheesesteak meat. I was charged $6.91 for a fake stead sandwich. Avoid this place!!!!!

I honestly love this place. We order from them about twice a week. They always get our order right. Delivery people are always nice and respectful. Their prices are not bad, Amazing food especially the salmon salad and the chili.

I love this place!! ... I buy my lunch every day here and I don't have any complain. The food is excellent , the menu has a variety of very healthy food and salads. IT's customer service is A+. Terrible service. Terrible management overall. I ordered lunch with my sister and unfortunately I don’t have much money but I also didn’t want to not leave til so I left $1 tip on a $20 bill. Again I know that only 5% isn’t much but as I specified I don’t have much money and we were both hungry. The delivery person looks at the tip section and asked me if I was only $1 and that he needed more and I just said yes because I was embarrassed enough that I don’t have much money and he continued to complain as he was leaving the room. I called to complain to the manager and the manager “Tony” did not let me finish talking and not on interrupting saying “okay no more deliveries for you” so i told him how rude and disrespectful they were being and he still didn’t let me finish and just said okay no more deliveries to your building. Terrible service, terrible experience.
