The lady was great,  my mom wanted it tosted really well . I didn't,  she loved it !

I did not eat.  I went to eat at another restaurant since they do not allow customers to use the bathroom.  We are in a pandemic where health and hygiene are important, I needed to wash my hands before eating and they didn't let me use the bathroom.  They have the bathroom closed early so they don't have to clean it later.  I asked for the manager but there is no one in charge of the restaurant.  Thanks.

Very hard for me to leave a bad review, however, I am at a birthday party at the park that is 200 ft from this subway. It started raining and my wife and I ran here to order subs for the group, we waited outside till we weren’t dripping wet. We tried to walk in the store and they denied us, they told us that we were wet and cannot come in. We all know Miami weather and it started raining out of no where. Being 200 ft from the store, being denied entry, we are not even close to dripping wet, and this young man told us to leave. Good luck to this store, this is a horrible reflection on what you do. They prefer to kick people out instead of  welcoming them, making them comfortable it was a take out order but now they lost many regulars. We always come here because the park is next door. Now we would rather pay the delivery charge from jimmy johns or firehouse. Sorry subway, you really messed up

Great customer service from Reyna, she was taking the Uber eats orders as well as walk ins and she was doing everything with care and speed and her attitude is so positive. Although she shouldn’t be left alone, she works great under pressure. She deserves a raise!!!!!

I REALLY HATE THAT PLACE NOW!! They have the worst service!!! I got two orders of ham and cheese and a BMT and they put the honey mustard in the ham and cheese and I asked to put it in the BMT then the lady told me that was wrong and they finally give me a new order so I don’t recommend going here at all it’s always of your time and they don’t treat you as you possibly treated!!!!  Don’t go there!!!

Made a ORDER THROUGH UBEREATS AND THE LADY THERE REFUSED TO GIVE MY DAD MY ORDER WHEN I HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED THE ORDER THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is how they treat their customers they should all be retrained on how to work in a customer service job.

I like this subway okay. The employees are nice, and I never have an issue when I go there.  However, the cookies are rarely good to me when I get them. It's not that they're burnt or anything, they just have an off taste. I usually get the chocolate chip ones, but they just don't taste that good. I've tried them multiple times, but they always end up tasting the same. I'm not from here, so I've had them from my hometown and they aren't supposed to taste how they do here.

Nicest ladies working there, really good service

Always accepts the coupons and free survey for cookies with no problem. They also have a buy one get one with purchase of a drink after 4 pm on the weekends. I pay 11 dollars for 2 chicken and bacon ranch subs and a large drink.  The staff are quiet but they provide excellent service! No complaints

Their sandwiches are always prepared fresh. Elizabeth and lizabeth are the best! They always provide excellent service! Keep up the good work
