Ordered sides for the holidays, place was closed at 9:28pm when online says they closed at 10. Drive thru blocked off with cones. Place was a mess and my order was not what I paid for. I checked everything and asked the worker why weren’t containers filled properly and she said “oh that’s what we do”. This is horrible and I’m highly disappointed.
Really deserves 0 stars. Tried the rotisserie nuggets, but they were just boiled nuggets. On top of that, they were ice cold…so no idea how long they kept them in the fridge. Requested fresh, hot nuggets and they just nuked them in the microwave. I guess we are a little too far from Boston down here in Miami. Sweet potatoes were basically sweet wall paper paste also.
The chicken was fine, but the meatloaf may have been made of something else beside meat. I think it may have been Gary's Snailpo.
Ordered the new rotisserie nuggets. Got a plate of pale pieces of chicken that smelled like it had literally gone bad done with Boston Market
Aug. 2022 The manager Susan is very professional! and very nice. We had a problem with our order. she took care of us. And corrected the situation! great work ethics. food was delicious! thanks! Had another problem with my order today 10/26/22 Manager. Orlando the manager was very professional as well. And took care of us as well! Great staff!
First of all. I love Boston Market. I was excited to finally get my girlfriend to agree to eat there. She never knew much about it, so I told her they have everything. However, when I asked for a turkey carver they said they didn't have any bread. Then I asked for a turkey dinner, she told me that they didn't have turkey. So then I asked for a chicken dinner and she asked me if I want legs, breast, dark, or white. I said legs and dark. When I got home I got meatloaf. Whatever, I'm not against it but I was going to share with my gf and we'd try both. The meatloaf was marginal, the broccoli was to soft with no taste, and the corn bread was very hard and dry. This was the worse experience at a Boston Market ever. I hope they turn it around......
I love this place. But please don't buy the chicken nugget. That is joke. This is cut peace of chicken.
This place is amazing and help me consistent for years I love Boston market. This has a clean dining room and they have a convenient drive-through for pick up. The food is amazing though sweet potato soufflé is my favorite side. Great management too.
This place is a dump. Floors are dirty , large boxes everywhere and the food items looked as if they had been sitting there for quite a while. Obvious lack of management and interest by the owners. This place is an insult for anyone looking for a decent and reasonably priced place to eat in the Gables. Should be tended to properly or closed down.
Have place couple of orders with uber to this place. I never get the full order I am charged for. . placed order for two meats only received one. Food is in very poor quality dry, old and tasteless. They don't send gravy for meatloaf and food is cold and really gross. Never got cookies and received the wrong drink. 0 review is fitting. I don't normally give reviews but I could not over look the poor food I got for my hard earned money placed a simple order to pay $30 .00 for bad food. Its not the first time.. A can of ravioli would of been a better choice of quality and taste. I am done with this horrible food for my money. You lost a customer never again. And it sad because you are in the Gable where there is alot to choose from. Horrible!!
