Would give zero stars if I could. I would recommend no one to come here or to the Fayetteville location. I usually don't do reviews but they were bad enough that I had to. I never had as much trouble with a business as I've had with this one. I will never go back. They damaged my dress and lost my bag that I brought my bag in with. I brought my dress into the Fayetteville location first and they said they didn't spot clean so I went to different dry cleaners and they said their location in Springdale might. So I went to the Springdale location, the workers are very unperfessional and rude. The worker said they spot clean garments and that they'd spot clean mine and wouldn't clean the top of the dress (a two piece dress) because I asked them not to. When I went to pick up my dress a bunch of my sequins and rhinestones were falling off discolored and I knew for sure it had been wash. They threw away my dress bag I had on it when I came in but first said it might be at the Fayetteville location that they didn't know. Said they don't spot clean and weren't sure why I was promised that the girl that said that and said my top wouldn't be cleaned was in the room and lied and said she didn't say that. I also had someone with me that was there when I took my dress in and they vouched and said she did. Pretty much all three workers were yelling at me saying I was lying and didn't know what I was talking about. All three workers were very rude and when I called and talked to the owner he was rude, unprofessional as well,and was no help. Didn't replace my thrown away bag either. Said all I need to do about the sequins and rhinestones were to take them and have them fixed. But the problem is they shouldn't have been damaged in the first place if what I asked and what was promised was done. He always was very in knowledge about the unprofessionalism happening in his stores. Also he wasn't very knowledgeable about dry cleaning in general. The workers and the owner himself wouldn't take any repsonbility for what happened and countined the whole time to blame it on me. To sum it all up if you want your garments treated nicely and the way you ask them to be treated don't go to elite cleaners!!!!!!

After sitting in the drive-thru for 12 minutes a young lady stuck her head out the window, with a phone to her ear, and tersely told me she had customers inside and would be with me in a little bit. Second time of having to wait for extended amounts of time.

Good prices with coupon specials. Drive thru pickup is convenient.

I called to get some basic information and the lady I spoke with was rude. Also, every question I asked her she had to ask someone else. She rushed me off the phone and ended up hanging up on me. I definitely will not be using this dry cleaning company!
