Hands down the best customer service I've ever received. I took advantage of the $5 comforter deal, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is so sweet, even offered to get the items out of my truck! The new owner has a heart of gold, and genuinely cares about the community. It's a business I'm proud to support.  I'll be using Sugar Creek from now on!  5++ stars!

Really great customer service. Very clean. New washers and remodeled. They even helped with a stain on my white shirt and paid for a load!!!!

I lost two quarters before I figured out which dryers work. On September 1st 2017 dryers 8 and 10 do not work. They eat your coins and you cannot get them back.
Also dryer number seven did not get hot. By the way, Trier 9 and 11 dry perfectly fine.
Lastly, this place isn't dirty it is just old. Apparently none of you guys have ever lived been anything but a perfect sparkly place. If the owner had some money too remodel or anything, I would suggest that they do. However I would definitely repair any of the washers and dryers immediately not just let the place get run down the drain because the reviews to get bad and people will not come here.

The location--11th and S. Walton--is excellent.  And it's a sunny room, important when trying to feel cheerful about having to be at a laundromat.  There's an on sight attendant who is very kind as well as helpful, named Marcella.  On November 8th, most of the washing machines were replaced with shiny new Speed Queens--whisper quiet and very efficient.  Cost for "low soil" selection is $3.00 and 30 minutes.  If you choose "medium soil" the cost goes up 50 cents for 40 minutes, and "heavy soil" is 50 cents more.  There are also a few of the old washing machines available for smaller loads, costing $2.25 per load.  And there are the super capacity washers which can take very large amounts of laundry for approx. $8 depending on which features you choose.  

Dryers are various sizes as well, the basic ones however are huge and very efficient-- .25 for 6 minutes I believe.  This is most likely the best laundry facility in Bentonville area.  If only they'd put in a juice bar my life would be complete.
