I had the worst experience at this store with my husband. We were checking out the jewelry stores in this mall looking for a wedding ring to buy for me. We happened to stop in this store and we began talking to one of the sales associates, he was a little helpful but not very much. We then said we would be back because we were going to check out the jewelry store across from them to see which store had the better selection and carried the specific style of ring that we were looking for. 

As it began to get a tad bit later we came back to Elite Gold & Diamond, and there was a second guy who said that he was 'in charge', he was offering to knock off the price down significantly lower for us, but he was rushing us to hurry and buy this ring. What made it worse was that they offered no warranty, and no offer of any kind if anything happened to the ring, even if it happened to be a faulted ring, or had any issue by no reason of your own. That to me says that they are more interested in taking your money and running away with it, and leaving you high and dry if any problem arises by their own doing. I wil NEVER purchase from this store. The man 'in charge' had AWFUL customer service skills. When we decided not to buy the ring, he said loudly "you just wasted my time" and begin talking rudely to my husband. I will never return to this store again. I do not believe in terrible customer service and this store accepts that. I do not recommend anyone to shop here. Turn away from this store please!
