only jewelry place i deal with. great customer service. you tell them what is needed of them and they have no problem helping you out. when i come in they call me by my name as if they have knew me forever.

Please be careful! they will be super nice before making a sale. once you are done , and have a issue, Manager will be totally different person!
Bought a watch for my Husband for $1200, he just tried once to see how it looks,found a defect on Leather Band,try to exchange(NOT RETURN), Manage thinks he  should have not even tried AS NOW HE CONSIDERED THIS AS A USED PRODUCT? He was super rude and i left the watch with him! He didn't offer to help or resolve the issue! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My husband got my engagement ring there paid in full took it in to have it service and the girl was to worried about making a sale at her other job she did the paper work wrong and was told by the manager it was wrong while my husband was standing there and she still sent it to the wrong store and it sat in the safe for a week when i called about it they told me the girl was part time and didnt know what she was doing then i call today and i was told they have to call the store they have a code in my account and the manager didnt know what it was they would call back everytime i call i get the run around about my ring.it was funny the girl who did the wrong paper work was who i spoke to and she wantes to tell me that the manager was a certified diamondologist he cant be to certified if he doesn't know what the codes mean they are very rude and quick to argue with you when they made the mistake. And as of 3:00 still no call back
