I have been going to elite images for years to get my hair and skin care needs met. The new location is great,  offering more services than before. The staff is excellent, professionally trained, and friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.  Kathy is a true professional at what she does, and will hold your hand when you need it.  I just had my last phase of permanent eyeliner done and absolutely love it.  I also have debilitating anxiety, which Kathy went above and beyond to remedy.  She even kept in touch during my aftercare to make sure I was doing well.  A caring professional is hard to come by these days, but Kathy is a complete angel.  She actually made the procedure painless....which I didn't think was possible.  The salon itself is spotless and everything is sterile.  Now I can't imagine life without my eyeliner.  Eyebrows are next on the list.  Highly recommended!  Even my husband is overly satisfied.

I would not go anywhere else. The service is fantastic and I can actually trust Kathy with my hair. I have fine hair and it is very hard to work with but she knows exactly how to cut and color it. I am satisfied completely every time I get my hair done by her.

I was happy to find an eyelash extension technician in Palm Springs, since I'm only here for a few days. Went on and the technician was really friendly. However, she was in a rush to finish with me because she had other clients. I was even asked if I could come back after finishing one eye! I said no and wished for the services to continue with no breaks. Well, the technician rushed the process and i say this because she was done rather quickly and she didn't take the steps that she did with the first eye. I was disappointed once home, so I called back to come back on and get it fixed. She was nice about it and added a few. But the lady in charge or at the front taking payments was not nice. She started discussing my problem with another client in front of me. Not a professional environment on her part. $225 is what I paid for a full set when I should have paid $150 for the rushed service. Wish I could upload pictures of my eyelashes, that don't look even and only one if full of lashes me the other one looks close to bald. I know it was noticeable but when I would explain to the lady at the front and the technician, they acted like they couldn't see. Would not recommend, please seek service somewhere else.
