I visited Elite Menswear to see if they had anything relatively inexpensive that I could wear in terms of tuxedos for my best mate's wedding. I was only looking to spend a few hundred dollars because I knew ultimately, this would be out of my closet in a few years. Wendy was welcoming as I walked in. told her about the wedding and what I was looking for in the suit. I ended up ordering a double breasted tuxedo with peaks and grosgrain lapels. Long story short, I had my friend pick up the suit due to schedule conflicts 2 days before the wedding. The trousers did not fit and I had called to see what she could do. She promptly offered to get me another pair of trousers with the same details and tailor it properly this time. The lifesaver was that it'd be ready the morning of. I arrived at her store the morning of my mate's wedding and tried them on with the coat. Perfect. I put on my whole-cuts and my tie and was ready to go. I recommend this little store simply because of how much Wendy went through to take care of me. Let's be completely honest - it's a privately owned business in a mall. I don't expect the good stuff from Saks et al. Here. What she had worked for me and it was classically styled – not like the junk that's made nowadays. Aside from that, her service was truly awesome. She did not charge me extra to get me a new pair of pants in almost 2 days(when the original order took over 7), ready to wear. She deserves 5 stars. Wendy, if you're reading this, thanks. Go to Wendy, because she knows what she's doing, has been in business for over 2 decades(apparently) and will treat you like her family.

Really bad service attitude, We buy a suit for my son and it doesn't fit they say they can do alternate to fix my son's size. before you pay, they said can do alternate for you. ask my wife to pay off in advance , end up we do not satisfied the alternation result the lady owner said they can't do anymore!! that's it ! this is not custom made! No smile face at all after you paid everything, no thanks !!
