I got a pedicure done from here today and got home and my toes look like my 2 year old painted them! They also charged me $10 for painting my daughter's fingers and toes when they told me initially $5. She's 18 months old. Will never return. They were very good however with my daughter. Even gave her a sucker.

I've been to this place multiple times hoping for a better experience and they have all been really poor. My fingers have bled every time I have gone there, they never use clean supplies and they are so rushed with doing my nails. Once I got acrylics and they were okay but the lady who was doing them made them to long and the wrong shape I requested, I asked for my shape again and she got so upset with me that she cut my finger and I started bleeding pretty bad. She yelled at me to go wash my hands and that it was my fault it was bleeding and to go get rid of the blood. As I looked back and saw her talking to the girl and guy next to her and she was pointing at me and saying something to them in a different language as they laughed. I felt so embarrassed and I felt so crappy there. 1000000000% would not recommend. Go to Da-Vi Nails in Walmart, they  do my friends and my nails so beautifully every time, they use CLEAN supplies and they are so sweet.

My daughter got gel nails a week ago and they did not hold up!  They are chipping and one nail is off completely. They did a rush job and it shows.

I went with another gal. Her and I felt rushed. They made her toes bleed. The tools they used were not cleaned in between people. With bleeding and not cleaning the tools that calls for infection. The gal I went with showed a picture of a palm tree to the nail lady because she didn't know what a palm tree was. It cost 5 bucks to show them a picture and that's then paint it on her toe. They were not too polite and didn't seem to accommodate what we(the customers) wanted.

Elite nails is a hit and miss. Sometimes they are spot on with what you want done, and sometimes the service sucks. The pedicures have never been too bad expecially the last time I got a pedicure it was really good! My advice is find someone you like, and ask for them every time. For my nails I was disappointed. The owner did them the last time, and I get a gel full set, and 6/10 nails were put on cricked. I asked for short nails, and he said no. Let's just say I will not be going back to get my nails done. The owner was rude, and in a hurry, always leaving to talk to some new customer. Not to mention the fills for the full set are just as much as getting them brand new. Waste of money and time.
