😨😠🤕😢🤑NO, NO, NO, NO....I spent 3 hours in the salon. Not only did I have hair dye splashed into my eye, the stylist must have mixed up the colors. I asked for a full blond with dark low lights. She did manage to put blond on my roots, but must have mixed up the colors. The end result was a orange on top, brown in the middle, and gray/dirty dish water color at the ends. Also, she cut 2 ins off of my hair when I asked for a trim. I demanded to talk to the manager, who told me I could come in 2 days later to have her fix my hair at full price. I was even forced to pay for some service. When I returned home I found there was still hair dye, which hadn't been properly washed out. WHAT A JOKE AND WAST OF MY TIME. Do yourself a favor and head to another location, unless u want to look like a carrot covered in dirt.

Walked into the empty salon to ask for a haircut, she told me they were all booked for the rest of the night. Maybe, when you are empty, and don't look to see if you have anyone else coming in, don't make it so obvious.

Extremely disappointed in this salon. Spent $100 and 3 hours and walked out with pretty much the same thing we walked in with. They should've told us from the beginning if they couldn't do what we wanted. She obviously knew she messed up because she told us to come back and she would do it again for free.

I loved going here! The stylists were very friendly and did a great job with my hair. I definitely recommend Regis Salon to anyone, especially Janelle, she was my stylist.
