I've been coming to LA Nails for close to two years now, year and a half, and as long as I live in la crosse I'll never go anywhere else. The staff is AMAZING! Kevin, Lisa, and Nina are all amazing. Kevin, the owner, will personally check your nails before you leave to make sure they're done to his standards. I've never left here unhappy or dissatisfied with my nails and they make sure of that. 5/5 stars for the best nail salon in town!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called ahead, said they could get me in at 5. Showed up at 455. Didn't get me in until 530. Man starts doing my acrylic fill, I was literally there for over 2.5 hours. FOR A FILL, on a Monday night. Half way through my fill, dude leaves the salon, comes back with Coney island and goes into the breakroom to eat. MY NAILS WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DONE. I had to ask the nail tech at the next station to have him come finish my nails as I had already been there for 1.5 hours and he hadn't even started buffing my nails yet. Not to mention, how rude and unsanitary. Then, guy comes back out and tries bringing me fries because he knew I was mad, WTF. He told me he didn't get a lunch break today--umm, so don't take appointments and take a break. DON'T TAKE YOUR LUNCH BREAK DURING MY APPOINTMENT. Finally, he starts doing my nails again, every five minutes stops to check his iPhone. Made one of my fingers bleed and He did the chrome powder wrong. Lady next to him had to tell him, and all the tips and edges were black from the base. I made him redo them and still he missed parts. Worse experience ever. I should report them to the state. I've been getting my nails done for over 9 years and have never had that bad of an experience. I will never go back here. Not to mention, after 2.5 hours for a fill, I missed my family dinner. Disgusting, inconsiderate, and rude.

Kevin and the rest of the staff are amazing!! The catered our group of six and treated us like royalty! Beverages, snacks and fantastic hospitality!!
