I have been to several well known dermatologists in the DC metro area and Dr. Tanzi is by far the best.  She has a lovely personality and knows what she is doing.  She actually cares about the health of her patients and not just about selling services.  She is also scrupulously truthful about the results one can expect from the treatments she offers.  She actually encourages the use of products like Renova, unlike other dermatologists who are afraid you will rely on it rather than spend money at their practices.  Because of her honesty, I have had her do several laser procedures, all with stunning success.  I wouldn't trust my skin in anyone else's hands.
