I have been going to Elk Grove Marathon for the past 5 + years. Everyone has always been professional. I have a 2001 van with lots of miles. The van meant so much to my family and myself that I kept putting the money into repairs. Russ was always honest with me and understood my budget. I live 30 minutes away and  would take it to Elk Grove Marathon way before I would trust an repair shop near my home. Prices are very reasonable.

This has been such a cold week! I went to get gas and my gas door was frozen shut! I was trying to get it open when Russ must have spotted me struggling.  He came out and without hesitation helped me open my gas tank(shorts and all). I felt so bad but he had such a great attitude and then offered to fill my tank. Such an amazing Service Manager for the auto repair department. . Before he went inside he said my tires looked a little low so he checked them and they were bad! He topped them all off!!!! If your looking for great service and a helpful gas station/repair shop I would definitely recommend Elk Grove Marathon!!!!! Thank you Russ for taking time to assist me with my car!!!!

I have been going to this service station for 4 years now.  My cars warranty just ended, and I needed an honest, reputable station for all my automotive needs.. I called triple AAA they told me about Elk Grove Marathon. This is a TRIPLE AAA approved station. They EXCEED ALL EXPECTATIONS. The mechanic MANAGER Russ, along with Mechanic’s Bob and the other men are superb, OUTSTANDING SKILLED TECHNICIANS. Leadership begins at the top! Obviously the owner of this long time service station knows how to take care and run an honest station!!
I have referred many people to this station.   Thank you!!! Russ and to everyone at Elk Grove Marathon.

Great experience.  Dawn was a pleasure to speak with while I waited.  Russ was very accommodating with me changing my appointment twice.  It was great to meet him person.  It was also great to meet Bob.  I had an oil change and tire rotation.  Great job and great price. I would recommend Elk Grove Marathon to everyone who wants a professional job at a great price!

I was looking for a new automotive service center when I decided to stop by Elk Grove Marathon. I decided to 'test the waters' with a simple oil change. Anyone can do an oil change but what I was looking for was my impression of the people running the business. I have to say they passed with flying colors. I was a first time customer but Russ treated me like he knew me for years. He won my business and I will be back the next time my vehicles need service.
