I have been going to Helen Marie for over 3 years and she is the best I've ever had. Each time I tell her what part of my body is bothering me and she is able to help. I used to think I'd only get back relief from tension and knots if the massage therapist made it a torture session because my experience was if it was too light then I didn't get relief. BUT Helen Marie is so gentle yet gives me superior results.

I have had many massages over the years as I was an athlete and needed massage therapy to loosen up and relax. Sophia is by far the best therapist I've worked with. She is very strong and able to work the muscles as deep as you want. I also recently had her work on me after the birth of my daughter. I was so fatigued from late nights and hunching over nursing my baby. Sophia really helped me counteract my bad posture habits by suggesting different stretches to perform on my own at home. She is knowledgeable about how the different parts of the body work together. I'm looking forward to my next massage with Sophia!

Sophia gave me a massage the week before my wedding, and I can't express to you how helpful that one hour was in keeping me relaxed and sane during the final stages of planning (not an easy undertaking to reduce my stress level!). I had built up a tremendous amount of muscle tension over the year of planning, and Sophia was able to melt it all away. Not only is she incredibly good at massage, she is personable and a pleasure to be around. Her massages make perfect gifts as well! My husband and I purchased massages for our mothers for Mothers Day. Who better to buy a massage for than a mom who is on the constant go and doesn't take the time to care for herself? I can't wait to try a massage at her new location!

Helen Marie is very professional, and has helped considerably with my elbow and rotator cuff problems. I go monthly.
