My husband and I were searching for our first home. We were recommended by a coworker to enlist Kevin Ellis as our realtor. We are thankful every day that we had Kevin as our realtor. Barbara Bengochea-Perez was SO HELPFUL!  As first time buyers in Florida she helped us through all the aspects we should be aware of for a home in Florida as opposed to a house in Nebraska!  We are now settling in our home and are so grateful for her guidance and patience.  We love our house!

I have worked with the Ellis Team in a variety of capacities over the years - engaging them to teach at workshops for real estate professionals all over the Unites States, as well as partnering with them as their business consultant. 

They are very knowledgeable about both the market and their industry, always at the top of their game, and yet constantly seeking to improve for the benefit of the fine people they serve. I appreciate the careful and compassionate way they help folks in their community, and I am grateful for their willingness to constantly be giving back to the industry, in hopes of continuing to elevate the profession and assist their peers in finding success.

The Ellis Team are such a gift. I regularly recommend them to anyone considering the Fort Myers area.
