Dan and Key Real Estate work hard to have the best team and take care of their landlords and tenants. I rented a condo at the Cove at Six Mile Cypress for 12 months and if I wasn't moving out of state I would have likely renewed my lease. The experience I had during the move out was exceptional. Melissa, the property manager, is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. She is very easy to get along with and very pleasant! Bethany in maintenance does a fantastic job making you feel like you are her number 1 priority. She worked fast and sincerely made my day. Juan the Lead Inspector was amazing... I could not have asked for more. I wanted to ensure I left the condo in better condition than when I got it and no problem I got my full deposit back! Their team has been responsive, available and attentive for the last several months of my lease. In the beginning of my lease (spring 2017 through summer) my complaints are now not relevant to share because they reorganized their team and only have the best on board now. Keep it up Key Real Estate!!! Thank you for your hard work, making it easy during the move and making all the difference every day. I appreciate all you do!

Bethany in the maintenance department is a blessing. We had significant damage to our home due to hurricane Irma. She stayed right on top of it. Had her people out to tarp it right away. The work did take a while but that's due to the owner hiring his own people. However she did stay in contact with the owner to make sure the work was being done. She truly worked with me and made sure people were out to fix all the issues. She took my thousands of phone calls with no problem or sign of annoyance. This will be going on my third year with this company and couldn't be happier with the service and attentive care that was given. Bethany follows up and makes sure to return calls. I would steal her to work for me in a heart beat. She is a gem for Key Real estate.Keep up the great work it is truly appreciated.

Juan R Ramos III is the new Lead Inspector over at key real estate. He inspected my unit and had someone out on the job by 9am the next morning. I was shocked. He was truly AWESOME to work with and was able to get all of my issues handled with ease. Great customer service as well. THANKS again juan!

This company is amazing. Any time I have any maintenance issue they send people out and seem genuinely concerned that things aren’t working properly. I’ve never had any issue with the property management staff. On occasion if there’s an issue with the actual repair company, they take care of it right away. Thank you to Bethany in maintenance for all that you do!!
