Came to DC for a funeral but we stayed in this area and this shopping center was very lively. Lots of outdoor eating. Reminds me of NY on a much smaller scale.

Like this place. I've only been there once. I was there to visit one store in particular, but was surprised to see so many brands at that location.
The location is rather cool because it's in the hart of a bustling city area with restaurant choices all around. Very cool.

For those of you from the Silver Spring area, this is the old City Place. It has gotten a serious face lift over the years, including new shops and destinations. The new Dave and Buster's is a great addition to downtown Silver Spring. After you play and eat at Dave and Busters, stop by Marshall's or Ross to see what new items you may enjoy.

Up and coming mall trying to establish itself back in the area.   Worth a trip if you are a focused shopper.  They have a large issue with teens and tweens running a muk all over the place. It's clean in and out, hope to see it improve.

Nice shopping area , down town silver spring , Saturday morning are great fresh vegetables and food on the blocked off road , ice skating ring is right there also if your there in the winter time.
