Quality of people is about as important as quality of service. I suggest that if you come here you do so on an "in and out" thought pattern. The whole area isn't exactly welcoming and often loiterers are about asking for change, cigarettes, and other things.

There is an excellent variety of stores here. There is plenty of parking but for some reason it always feels tight. The lanes are probably too small.

Not use to mixed retail but now that I have experienced it , I can honestly say I enjoyed it. Being able to access various retail options in the same shopping center with no need to move my car or waste time driving on a busy Saturday morning, was indeed very good.

I don't want to hurt the retailers, but this shopping center is unsafe. Kids from the buildings across the street roam the area asking for money, and they ride their bikes and skateboards along the storefront area-completely disregarding the signs telling them not to. They zoom past so fast I actually lost my balance once and almost fell. It's also filthy. Litter and trash are everywhere. I've lived in this area for 34 years and I've always shopped here. No more. I'm going elsewhere.

The parking lot in this area makes it easy and convenient to shop, here. The variety of shops also helps. If you can't find something in one place, chances are the store next door has it.
