The staff was friendly when I got there and equally as helpful when I left the next morning. I would have given 5 stars but they had zero ice available to guests. Morning omelette was tasty and everything in the room was set up well and functioned properly. I had pizza easily delivered to the room and it was excellent as well. Great place if you are on a motorcycle as the parking area is easily visible from the south facing rooms. Overall, clean, reasonable and comfortable. Good spot to overnight.

Stained towel. Stained bed sheet. Shower didn't get that hot. Room is half the size of most hotels. No fridge. No microwave. My heater is way loud. Staff was nice. Room just sucks.

Probably the most upscale hotel in town. Generously striped parking spaces. Lobby does not segregate diners from the front desk. Very accessible from US Hwy. 12. You will hear the occasional passing freight train, but not too close to the tracks. Check in was courteous and fairly swift. The front counter staff was very casually dressed, but polite, efficient, and cheerful. 
   Not quite the Oxford Suites in Pendleton, but for a more casual part of Washington state, away from the hustle & pretense of the larger cities further north, this is an adequately comfortable place to stay if reasonable rates and a place near Grays Harbor is in your travel plans.

Nice rooms, the beds are very firm. Breakfast was OK waffles, eggs and cereal. Area was very cold so wear your coat to breakfast. Staff was seldom at front desk. Hotel was quiet.

Very clean hotel, basic, however has almost everything   a person  needs, beds are very comfortable. prices are reasonable, staff very  nice  and helpful.  Would be nice to have small microwave and fridge in the rooms, no way to cool and heat left overs. The hotel does have thin walls issues  can here almost everything  from your next door  room neighbors.
