This facility is NO longer part of the DOD lodging system! It has gone commercial which make it OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Therefore anyone staying does NOT need to be a military or ex-military to have BASE ACCESS. That's why they are usually fully booked and the rates are higher! So much for MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation).🤢😕

Nice comfortable rooms and very clean. Staff is very friendly. They have a great continental breakfast area and great coffee. Always have a great experience when staying there.

Staying for 6 weeks. Clean space, very nice staff. My room is a studio. Kitchenette could use more space. Bed is very comfortable. Room runs cold. Lots of storage space for clothes etc

What a joke. Save the trouble and stay at a Marriott in DuPont. As a gold rewards member I usually love staying at IHG, but The location on Ft Lewis is absolutely horrible. There are a grand total of five washing machines for over 250 rooms. So needless to say trying to get a washer was almost impossible. The elevator takes roughly 3 minutes to go four floors. And on top of all that the walls are thin, so you get to enjoy all the little Army bubbas acting the fools in their rooms. I expected more for $120 a night.

Was very impressed with the staff and conditions of the hotel. All the upgrades they have done makes this one of the best hotel I have stay in on base.
