Well this time our server was the best and friendly. Our food was serve hot and it was very good.. I will go back again.. I am hoping the general manager Bob will read this.. Our server even checked on us too. I was very pleased. Thank you.

I don't know why we had never eaten at Elmer's before, but if one is around, we won't be skipping them over again! The German pancake was amazing and huge, the bacon was real bacon that wasn't too salty or filled with nitrates to give you heartburn, and the ham was so very flavorful! The apple cherry streusel topping was just perfect, not too sweet and not too tart. Not to mention the smooth, unburnt coffee! The service was excellent, with a truly happy and pleasant waitress and hostess! Excellent job, Elmer's! We WILL be back!

It's so hard to write a review that seems unfair but when your hash browns are done wrong then something has got to change. Hash browns are almost flavorless and at times seem over cooked so they have a crispy-burned taste. My wife and I go her a lot but the hash browns no matter how many time I give them a chance always leave something fierce to be desired.

The accused us of nodding out which is a term used by the addiction specialists as using too much drugs when in fact we had been up working 36 hours sat down for breakfast spent over $60 for our breakfast my girlfriend laid her head on my shoulder for no longer than 5 to 10 minutes I was up she was laying on my shoulder we had a gentleman walk up to us and say there's no sleeping in our facility I said we're not sleeping she's laying her head on my shoulder he explained to me that he got a complaint from another customer. After that an employee approached us and said that I know it nodding out means because I am an ex heroin addict and I know what it looks like when someone's nodding out, assuming that we were on drugs. I went back in I asked for a formal complaint and I was filing a written complaint and I asked for the lady's name that called us drug addicts I spoke to Corporal she has now lost her job and I will never go back there ever again their food was not that good, there's service wasn't good at all, and the way they treated us for my girlfriend being sleepy and laying her head on my shoulder was uncalled for and deserve some repercussions so I'm glad it turned out the way it did and that she lost your job because and heroin addict does not belong working at a facility or anywhere.
