Where to start with this place? The quality, service, or eerie decor? I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long, long time, so I was very disappointed in the quality of food itself. It's not even worth the calories to eat this, we actually threw it away because it tasted like cardboard and the pretzel crust was overwhelmingly, let me say that again... OVERWHELMINGLY salty. The ambience of this place was that if a 1970s bar / horror house. You remember that seen from ET when the family is sitting at the table eating pizza and there's those ugly lights and decor, air filled with cigarette smoke? That's this place, only much eerier. It feels like a slasher is hiding behind every corner and there's a drug cartel in the back. It's creepy. This reflects on the staff, who are like zombies and all look absolutely miserable to be there. For someone to say out loud where a guest can hear, "I don't want to tell him (the customer), YOU tell him," is a bit of an eyebrow raiser to say the least. I hate leaving one star reviews. I feel bad for the restaurant because these reviews do affect their business and thus people's lives, but if this place doesn't change something soon, it's obvious from all the reviews posted here that this place will sink.

We drove by and saw they had a dine in experience. So we went in. My wife, baby and myself. Staff was super friendly and happy. Food came quickly. We had a great experience. Maya was great!

Only reason for 4 stars is no baby changing station inside bathroom.. for being a family friendly restaurant this is a must have .. you need to add this ASAP! So if you have a baby in diapers, might not need the best experience here.

I made a delivery and confirmed my destiny twice with a "manager" and didn't receive my pizza Until 2 hours and 20 minutes. I was blamed for the wrong information that was received, also when I call them about my order she right away kept suggested I cancel my order?! Like that's fine I could eat Dominos instead. I love Pizza Hut but if they are going to hire a manager with a terrible attitude then it just tells me their service is the same. I've never had this experience before but maybe it's a sign for a change.

Horrible pizza, and slow service. Got our order wrong twice and to top it off, pizza was almost cold with hardly any toppings or sauce. A waste of time and money. Drive the distance for the round table in tanasbourne.

If you need delivery,  look elsewhere. They can't get your pizza delivered until it's cold. We gave them several chances over a few months because I like their pizza but each time they were nowhere to be found, in over double the time to deliver they quoted in the online system. When called on the phone they offered to take 10% off. Sorry, we're done with you.
