I met a friend at this location yesterday. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no tomato or onion for myself ,bowl of meat, cheese, and sour cream for my 4 year old daughter, and a take out chicken burrito. I started out with a waiter by the name of Jason but seems like they unexpectedly got pretty busy therefore the bartender brought our food out. Once she placed our food down, she walked away. After taking a glance at our food, I noticed they included lettuce on my daughters bowl and I did not have any bacon on my BACON cheeseburger and had onions sitting next to my burger I am allergic to onions. I patiently waited for a waitress/waiter to come correct the order. 45 minutes later, the original waiter came back to provide me with my to-go order. I patiently and as respectfully as possible explained that I was not happy with the service considering nobody has been to my table to correct my order or check on us therefore, we were not able to eat our food. The waiter stated he would get the manager which I'm assuming was the bartender to come speak with us. The manager sent the waiter back over and told him to state "We'll take the burger off". I found it very disrespectful the manager couldn't even come and speak to us about the issue. I really was hungry and just wanted a re-make but considering how awful the customer service was and the lack of respect, I digressed, paid, and went somewhere else to get something to eat. I feel like it definitely could have been handled a lot better professionally and I'm sure they don't care but I will no longer be frequenting this location.
We ordered Mexican for Taco Tuesday but they also sell bar food. The food was not that good and it was salty! The waitress was great and so was the manager! They discounted our food so we were happy with that! The manager was apologetic, the server was super friendly and that's why they get 4 stars! We will go back again and try other menu options! Parking: A few steps to the side of the front door and near the back of the restaurant and street parking less than a block if needed
We are from G.A so one of our buddies took us out for dinner here. The place was ok clean few people only one waiter attending two big parties alone. He was great actually. Received our food it wasn't what we are used to so we didn't touch it just wasn't made to our liking the Margaritas also aren't what we liked. But we definitely appreciated that they had my Thumbler cup I left behind. I would go back again on our next trip maybe get wings and enjoy just hanging out there because they were ok with our loud laughs. Kid-friendliness: They provide colors and paper so they can draw as they wait. Parking: Nice size,,Two way out.
Was not happy at all waited a long time to get drinks the waitress never brought chips and salsa till we asked. Never got refills had to go to the bar to get my own refill. Food was subpar at best. Probably will never go backFood: 3/5
This is by far the cleanest and most visually attractive of the Elsa chain! There was only one glitch during our visit--the ladies' bathroom was out of soap. However, it was quickly replaced after one request. My recommendation about Elsa's -- not matter which location -- is that you go for fun and drinks, not food. The food is fine, but it's not what the restaurant is known for. If you want an excellent and authentic Mexican meal, you should go elsewhere. But if you're looking for a fun place to meet friends, any of the Elsa's are a good choice but the original is very much cramped for space, especially since the regulars camp out there for the entire evening!
Food was good "Americanized" mexican. The Bad Juan cocktail were amazing!! Tried both, on the rocks and blended, LOVE the blended raspberry. Service was great!!
Just love this place staff wonderful friendly and up beat the food was great the only bad thing was the Drink Bad Juan it was so bad just kidding it all in the name but sooo darn GOODall at the same time. It is a must have try 2 if you're brave so please stop by enjoy the vibes it will be all good
That was the worst fajitas I ever had. My boyfriend and I didn't have anything good to say. Definitely wouldn't return. I mean honestly everything just lacked flavor and then the rest of it was burnt. I have no idea why people enjoy this place or would come back for a second time.
Fantastic! Best food I have ever had here. Drinks were great as was our server.
Beans looked like they were cooked in 1842 and just served today. Tried the middle part too and just really bad all the way through. Other than that the server was friendly.
