I screwed up the day before my wedding big time! I forgot to call and pay for the service we requested. I panicked and called hoping they were still open, and they had closed. #1 great thing about Elvis Service company was... they left an emergency number in their automated message. #2 great thing was, when I called, Matt answered right away! And even know I was freaking out ( cause I'm scared of my wife when I screw up ) he remained calm and assured me everything would be alright and that he would take care of the situation. #3 He kept his word! Very rare to find these days, ESPECIALLY when it was MY fault this happened. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on. A TRUE professional! #4 The gentleman who delivered the unit ( I'm assuming on his day off ) was punctual, professional, and not only on time, he was early! Making sure my wedding day went off without a hitch, and one less thing for me to worry about! When a company shows great customer service, it really makes you see the ones that don't, and there are MANY who could learn a few things from Elvis Service Company and their wonderful employees! From the bottom of my heart... thank you for not only saving ME, but my marriage as well. Bless you all!!!

The inspector HL was very professional and knowledgeable, great communication with our clients - if you ever need any service providers for your septic system (installation, repairs, inspections) in the Myrtle Beach/Pawleys Island area, call Matt - they're your guys!

If any of our clients are ever in need of portable bathroom services, we go to Elvis! They are reliable, friendly, professional and their bathrooms are kept nice and clean.

We've used the Elvis company for multiple weddings, engagement parties, and events.  Delivery is always on time and the restroom trailers or portable toilets are always clean.  I would recommend to anyone with an outdoor event !!
