Great consular service! We were processing our child's passport, and everything went well and fast. The e-mail responses were swift and clear. There is an appointment for the documents submission and passport photo, so the place was not crowded and there was little to no waiting time. All in all it was .  One thing to note is that the consular's e-mail does not accept 25 mb of files, so make sure that the data limit is not reached for the delivery of your e-mail. And also, check your spam box regularly.

I am impressed with the current ministrations from the consular staff of The Indonesian Embassy in Paris. I can see the significant difference from the previous experience when I had to renew my passport five years ago. Today, I can proudly say, I can see both the genuineness of true Indonesians and professionality in their work. Satisfied with their work and efficiency, my passport was ready in one week and I received it safely by post. Excellent work, highly appreciated! Hoping this level of professionalism can be maintain and sustain.  Thank you so much!

When the bad thing happen in Paris, the first thing to do is call the Embassy to get things down. The staff very cooperative, communicative and helpful! They work very fast. Merci boucoup!

I always have a pleasant experience with the assistance and services provided by the Embassy of Indonesia in Paris. The staffs are always helpful, competent and responsive. Just renewed my passport and it’s finished within 2 working days. The same experience I had a year ago when applying for my daughter’s passport.

The staff are very helpful, nice and professional. I email the embassy to make appointment to renew my son's passport and they responded my email very quick. I've got the appointment date last week and I asked them to speed up the renewal process since I need the passport for processing my US Visa within one week and they did it. I got my son's passport today. Thank you very much for your help.
