Called the embassy at 10:45 today, the lady I spoke over the phone when asking questions about passport details was very passive aggressive with a rude tone, kept on telling me to check the website for my answer when I was asking a simple question to be answered. Work on your customer service skills because it was 1/10 and it’s no way how you should speak to anyone. The lady needs some serious training asap if she wants to keep on dealing with people.

I have had no reply in relation to a freedom of information request ! I have only ever had access to a UK passport and as far as I know no Swiss Bank accounts  or international ones exist in my name otherwise I would of left the UK years ago now to pursue my talents and interests elsewhere. This is something I have to check under this request.i  shall also write to The US Embassy.

The lady who is the head of visas at Swiss embassy in London is very rude and and her attitude is appalling. When I raise a question, she was rude and said she is happy to close the blinds and shut the counter and ask us to leave. Poor customer service and not willing to listen, shows her Swiss values. Despite being invited to make an appeal, they refused to take my appeal as they have done a mistake. The excuse is lack of staff. Did not listen to any of our inconvenience as it did not matter to the head of visas. Very bad experience. Avoid the Swiss embassy in London.

They sorted out my immediate issue however the lady handling my situation was extremely passive aggressive and not only rude to me but my mother also. The woman shut the blinds in my mother’s face and was extremely disrespectful

I’ve just spent 40mins waiting to speak to someone. First time calling so ignore the 1* as I’ve not spoken to anyone yet but I’d love to know you’ve all gotten through. Is there another way to reach them? Or better still can someone please advise if ALL pandemic restrictions have been lifted into Switzerland and non vaccinated are fine to travel? Thanks :

Located at a very quite and nice area of London. Walking distance to Marylebone Station.  Appointments only and their appointment times are in point. They are efficient with their work and very nice and patient people.  I am always happy anytime I go there for my appointment for a visa.

Tried to renew my passport but was sent away as need appointment. This is ridiculous and nothing mentioned when Google swiss embassy that need appointment. Was treated like a criminal and feel ashamed to be a Swiss National. This is not how you treat your folks. Unacceptable really!

They take phone calls from Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 4pm, DAYS to get a normal reply to an email. Called to know timings to register and get an appointment to renew my passport and been told that just to get the appointment can take 4 months, so I am not allowed to move from UK for half a year. Embarrassing.

I renewed my passport 2.5 months ago in Switzerland. The passport was sent to the Swiss consulate and I still haven't heard from them.  The passport office in Lausanne confirmed it was sent beginning of May. I sent several emails and gave several calls, and I am just being told "the passport is not there" when they answer which is rarely. Terrible service

Swiss efficiency and it shows!  The consular officer, Fabienne was extremely helpful and efficient. She clearly went out of her way to help me with complex paperwork requirements, and all of this done remotely via email. Response to emails are prompt and to the point. Visa services are a bit less friendly but overall excellent service.
