Ms. Dina Silva is really so kind and very professional. We came as a group and she was so accommodating and we were done already after 30 minutes. God bless her and the other members of the staff with her.

As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is my best ever experience. Excellent service, Dina was amazing. I submitted my visa app on Monday and was delivered to my home on Friday (5 business days). Dina was promptly calling and replying to my emails correspondences. Keep up the good work Portugal

I was raised in Portugal and was fully expecting the mediocre level of service I received there all of my life. The experience I had when I called the Embassy a few months ago was the same. I was happily absolutely proven wrong this morning. We arrived at the appointed time and were seen inside of 5mns and the appointment lasted the expected amount of time. Both staff were professional and very kind. Although the man treated us very nicely (I do not know his name), he was a bit testy and at one point rude with some customers who called in. I did not see that from Judite. However, given that they are always short of people and some times of supplies, grace must be extended as it must not be easy to work with complaining clients. Just a heads up: the entrance is on P street. Para os Velhos do Restelo que sempre tem algo de que se queixarem: nos fomos as unicas clientes que falavam portugues durante o tempo que estivemos na Embaixada. Por isso, este texto estah escrito em ingles.
