I needed to prolong my Russian international passport and had very nice experience in Russian Embassy. They were very friendly and extremely professional, did everything very fast, about 10 minutes and everything was done. I received my passport sooner then it was expected. Thank you very much! Russia has very beautiful face!

They’ve made it a total NIGHTMARE! To renew your Russian passport, to get visas... you have to visit them to apply for passport or visa, raised their prices super high!!! Thanfully that had some sense left in them and now they will send you your renewed passport by mail, where before you had to go there and apply and then go there to pick it up!!! And apply for visa you either do it in person or they make you go through visa center where of course they charge you for their services as well!!!! Oh! And they don’t pick up their phones as well! I guess you don’t need people visiting there ha?! Let’s just make it super expensive and complicated! And call it - simplified process!!! Seriously?! The ONLY reason I’m getting my Russian passport renewed and getting my kids visas is because of my grandma who lives there and not feeling well. If I want to spend 5K + on vacation Russia by far is not my dream destination! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!

I always had great response and service. When i had questions even a I senior level diplomat was very kind and took time to explain.i travelled to Russia ,it was wonderful experience of a great society, with great history of Arts literature, music theater and building and construction.Prior to the 20th century going back to 16th, Russia was a center for all skilled adventurous and enterprising people from all over the world.

I was pleasantly surprised with their service. They took my passport application for process even without having a scheduled appointment. Worked very quickly and effectively. All people are very polite and patient. They gave me a phone call after I sent them an email regarding my passport. I'm fully satisfied with the all details I received from the person who called me. Unfortunately, don't remember her name.
