We stay at Embassy Suites hotels around the nation, and the Houston Galleria location is one of our favorites. Glenda was very welcoming and so nice to our children, and she repeatedly checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were met. Our children loved the swans, and our oldest was even allowed to feed them with Glenda. Breakfast and managers reception were great as usual. Our room was modern and comfortable. We will definitely be back

We had a couple of issues with the room itself but the staff were amazing and they helped as much as they could. The breakfast was super tasty and the swans are beautiful. Shower had hot water and by far one of my favorite hotels I've been at.

Best hospitality from management that I have experienced. Love the swans and the children being allowed to feed them with management assistance. A memorable Christmas trip!

Best thing about this place was Roger the bartender. I swear to you this man was awesome. I went to happy hour with some family whole visiting Houston and we did Happy Hour before going out. I seriously just wanted to hang out with him and learn about all the drinks he knew and the history behind them. Roger knew his drinks and taught me a lot. Gotta hand it to Embassy Suites for having a guy like that. Really made me feel welcomed.

Solid 3 star hotel, good for large families. Nick at the front desk was very personable. All the kids who saw the pair of swans were very excited, which sets the hotel apart from others. The "premium" room did not seem worth the upgrade - from what I could tell it was for a kurig machine and a couple of sodas and bags of chips on arrival. On arrival, we needed to call maintenance 3 times, once for the vent cover falling off the wall, once for a piece of wood falling off the bathroom counter, and once for the drawer safe not being reset since the last guest. There was also a cup of coffee under the sink, but the room was otherwise clean. Other than that it was smooth sailing. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were all very welcoming and everything was well stocked. The breakfast cleaning lady was exceptionally fast as well, clearing tables within minutes of guests leaving, and very friendly. The free internet connection was nice - 5Mbps down and 4up which was enough to stream Netflix for the kids.
