Not a bad hotel. I work here but they are under construction (I do construction) which bothers customers a lot. It seems like a nice place to stay according to the people staying there is nice. Plus, the location is perfect since is in the middle of downtown. The rooms that are renovated look pretty pretty good (I'll take pictures of them once some are finished this week) just beware construction might end by the end of this year (2017). They don't tell you they're renovating and even if you ask they will say no. Overall it looks nice. Edit: I've added photos of the rooms just after finishing renovation. If you come after renovation and get a regular room it will most likely look like the one in the photos since they're all pretty much the same. Compared to how it used to look is a day and night difference. It looks and feels more alive than before.

The room was great! Bed was comfortable, shower was nice. My complaints were about the front desk (one of the girls was slightly rude) and the jackhammering at 7:15 AM that abruptly woke me up without my knowledge! Especially considering the fact that I called front desk and asked for a do no disturb sign because I didn't want to be woke up early by housekeeping. When I told him this (not the same person as I spoke of above; separate call), that I didn't want to be woke up early (my one night away to sleep in, no responsibilities), you would think I'd get a warning that I'd be woke up to the most startling, annoying, loudest noise ever! But no. Surprise! And it went on for 15 min straight so of course there was NO going back to sleep. Thanks for the headache...

I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites for years, and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The entrance is in a dismal garage with no valet. The hotel was under renovation, which is understandable, but why were they not doing this floor by floor? Our room was right next to rooms under renovation. There wasn’t even carpet on the floor in the hallway. The elevators were packed with workers and the lobby was unappealing, very poorly lit and depressing. We almost didn’t check in it was so below standard. I felt sorry for the staff having to represent this location. Will not visit Embassy Suites again.

Me and my wife spent our 15TH anniversary here at this hotel. When we arrived and checked in they where friendly and quick. But after that started the endless issues. The first issue we had is they had Construction going on and the workers where holding the elevators. It took us almost ten minutes just to get a ride up. When we arrived to our room it was amazing until we walked into the room where our beds where. I had booked a king bed and apparently the manager that Checked us in knew that but did not care to ask us if a two bed room was ok. My wife loved the room enough to over look it and stay until we started finding Bugs! all over the room so we Immediately left the room. Once we made it downstairs the guy at the desk didn't seem to care there was bugs in the room but still offered to find us a room. after waiting a small amount of time we made our way back up and waited another 10 mins for the elevators. We get up to our less amazing and smaller room. But my loving wife did not want it to ruin our night because we where heading to our first ever Pacers game. The room they had put us in was still dirty and was smaller then the room they had put us in first also had a light fixture hanging out of the ceiling. The next morning as we where eating our cold cook to order breakfast my wife was making a cup of coffee and found another bug in the bottom of her cup. I would Not recommend this Hotel to anyone and the good friend the recommended me to this hotel will not be staying here anymore.

Location and breakfast 5 stars. I think the hotel is being renovated but no carpet in hallways and paint chipping off ceiling and walls. Also, weird faucets are prone to residue build up.
