So far our stay has been enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were very clean and they provide towels at the pool, a nice feature. The room has a great view of the Capitol Building, a comfortable bed and pillows, a mini fridge and the AC cools the room quickly. Glen was so helpful to me and my family in getting us on our way home: making sure we had our shuttle scheduled and even helping us across the street with our luggage!

I was not a guest, but I visited friends who were staying there. The hotel is very nice! The rooms are beautiful and so are the bathrooms! The tub had a giant ledge for their things. I would love to have a tub like that at my house! My only complaint is that we had to wait forever for the elevator. Lots of people were waiting. One time, we gave up and took the stairs, which were scary! Very shady staircase...yikes! Other than that, it was lovely.

Great hotel. Was our anniversary and they took care of us. Staff was wonderful. Especially Tim in security. Really great people here and the rooster restaurant was great. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The hotel was excellent with only one exception - it has no laundry facilities at all. If you're someone like me who travels for longer that a week at a time and wants to travel light this is a problem. The staff was very helpful in referring me to a nearby hotel's facility but I had to spent precious time dealing with laundry instead of the conference I was attending, it was very disappointing. Location is great and the hotel is connected to the convention center so one doesn't even need to go outside to the street. Breakfast options for me were Starbucks or the more expensive hotel's breakfast buffet, witch were great. There are more restaurants in the hotel that I did not try. Indianapolis has a lot of restaurants from different cuisines and I would suggest experiencing them.

The location is great. Downtown Indianapolis with plenty to do just a short walk away. Amenities are nice and staff has been friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
