I had a great time here during my stay in 2013! The interior is great, the hotel itself is close to the interstate, the breakfast is FANTASTIC, and the rates are solid. Not to mention you get a great view of the airport and takeoffs/landings/taxiing. The room also had a couch which turned into a bed for a good nights rest. I recommend this to any Music City tourist.

The lobby looked so fancy, but I think they need to put some money into the rooms. The little fridge in our room gave off a high pitch WHINE. The bathroom design confused me. You have to twist around hard to be able to reach the toilet paper, the water took 10 literal minutes to get hot, and the pressure from the sink faucet made it difficult to keep from splashing all over and getting everything soaked. At some hotels the water pressure is a gentle joke, but this place is serious. You will have cold cold water! It will cover all things! And for extra fun, I see an extra $25 charge for something unknown. Have to contact them about that. Maybe they are upset I waited those ten minutes with the water on and got it to give me hot water.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere of the establishment felt cozy yet elegant. The drinks and options were plentiful. I had a very delicious soft pretzel with dip that was incredibly good. Would definitely visit again.

I have been to a few Embassy Suites over the years. They have all been great but this visit to this particular one has a lot of rennovation going on, and they did not let us know before we checked in. The bathrooms are very small. Breakfast bar is great, and amenities are wonderful. Location is lacking, cause it is too far away from City center. They do have a bus to transport you to the downtown area for $10 per person.

Awesome hotel. Great location, wonderful staff. Spacious ,clean and very comfortable room. Oh yeah and don't forget the yummy afternoon happy hour! Free beverages and snacks!!! Will stay again.
