Beautiful lobby (love the art!) including a hip bar/lounge. Very convenient parking garage in the building (elevator goes right to lobby). Close to everything in University City. Well appointed rooms with perfect control of room temperature/fan and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Free water in the rooms daily. The staff was lovely: friendly and accommodating!

My favorite hotel in Philadelphia for many years but with not being back in 8 plus years I wasn't sure what to expect. When I walked in I was surprised and delighted to see much of the staff was still there!  The same with housekeeping. When people stay with their jobs it shows that management cares. That caring translates to their guests. Very comfortable lobby that guests actually use!  Sheraton is know for their beds and these are super comfy. Making my way to the club lounge Sunday morning I was thrilled to see a smiling man standing there ready to make me a yummy omelet. The location is very convenient to public transportation. Business or a family vacation the Sheraton University City should be your top pick.

One of the best front desk crews in the industry. Some of the genuinely nicest people you will ever meet. I was also promptly notified of every package delivered to the hotel which was a big help. Solid hotel gym. Restaurant on site. Only gripe would be the elevators. Won't be my last time staying there!

For the price you would expect better. The beds were uncomfortable. It was just moderately clean. Not enough towels and they looked old. A big town hotel trying to reclaim its youth and failing. The price was extravagant I have paid less than $50 for better service and nicer rooms.

Above average decor, no bar, but an on-site restaurant is available. Suites are a nice size, city views are spectacular from most rooms and the club lounge. No alcohol is served at the lounge. Location is walkable, both to downtown and the university area.
