Poor customer service!  I was apppauled after going to the dublin location for years, I went to the gahanna location and they turned away my business because I brought my own shirts in. Stating " we don't want to be responsible for a shirt if it gets messed up"(George Jahahn). We're talking about a $2.00 Hanes T-shirt here, for a painting company. Painters ruin shirts in a day or 2. We like $2.00 shirts here. Sorry you can't make your markup off my $2.00 shirt. Bad business! Could have made an exception and kept a brand loyal customer like myself who's referrals are as good as gold.

Over 3 years of doing business with Embroid Me in Gahanna, and have personal hands on service with every purchase. I order hundreds of items at a time for our retail store. The product and the experience is superb every time. If every company did business this way, we would not need google reviews or yelp ever. Keep it up guys, and thank you for all you do for us!

Scott and the team at EmbroidMe are great to work with! They helped us design a banner and items for us to handout at the Columbus Dispatch Home & Garden Show which made our display look awesome. They also do all of our company shirts for our guys out in the field and in our office/shop that help us represent our company well. Scott and his team do excellent work and take care of all of our needs as a business. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to take care of their business needs to promote a company and get your name out there!

I wanted to share about the great experience I have had with Dave & Scott at EmbroidMe.  I work for Settle Muter Electric and they take care of all of our clothing & promotional needs.  They both go out of their way to make sure our orders are placed and we receive them in a timely manner.  I'm impressed how they always go the extra mile to ensure that we are 100% satisfied.

EmbroidMe was amazing!  We have a big dental practice and they were so helpful getting our order to us and meeting all of our needs.  Looking at other retailers their prices were very competitive.  We will use them in the future.
