I hate to say it, but if I could give them no stars, I would. I'm highly disappointed in Emerald/Joe's customer service. They ruined a $1,000 dress and were supposed to file a claim with their insurance to reimburse me. I have been VERY patient (it's been over a year now since this happened), I have followed up with emails and phone calls multiple times and yet Joe has never called me back. This is completely unacceptable for a small, local business. You just don't treat people this way!

Used Emerald Cleaners to have my wedding dress as well as a bridesmaids dress for another wedding. I was extremely happy with the alterations, I also used them to preserve my dress. The service was great and the dress looked great. They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Great prices amazing people wonderful services. I have been using them for the past 2 years now and wish it were longer they are outside the city but come and pick up your stuff. The convenience is great as they are willing to do whatever is easiest for you. I highly recommend them.

They do a pretty good job and are friendly. I've never really tried other cleaners so I can't comment on prices.

I used them twice because they have a deal with the building in which I reside at. The were not bad the first time and actually brought it to the building however on the second time around apparently the computer lost my payment information and I had to call weeks later to see what the heck had happened to my clothes and why it was taking so long especially since I had originally gotten it over night for an interview. The lady told me she had left me a message saying my payment information wasn't in the system however I had already paid previously and have never heard of a computer forgetting information. Also I stopped using them months ago and I see that they have charged my account for a service I did not get. I had to call the bank and change my card information because of this fraudulent charge and I am not pleased with this headache at all. Very poor service do not give this company business please they do not conduct themselves appropriately.
