This laundromat is a decent size with plenty of machines, though most of them are usually out of order. A little on the pricey side. I have been going to this laundromat for almost a year, so often that the owner and employees knew my face and greeted me each time I came to wash. I usually came in the evening when it was slow, around 8PM or 9PM. One night, I went to load money onto my laundry card so I could wash. I decided to load $20 because I did not want to refill for a couple weeks. The machine took my cash, but added $0 to my card. I politely went to an employee and let her know what happened. She said she had to call her boss. She put me on the phone with the boss and the boss yelled at me and insisted that this never happened and that I did not put money in the machine. If I had lost $5, I don't think I would have complained, but $20 is significant. The boss came to the store to argue with me. I told her that I come in all the time and that she could look at the cameras that are placed right about the refill station, or count the till and she would see that it was over by $20. After yelling at me for a few minutes, she went to the back and reappeared with $20 that was added to my card. I certainly did not appreciate being accused of lying. I never felt comfortable going back after the incident because I got weird looks.

They could tidy up a bit, besides that its very relaxed, can fold in peace, and then depart.

The women Liri that works there does my wash and fold and she is great!

It's barely crowded, it's quite and have so many washers and dryers to get things done quickly
