Spaces are way too tight.  The slide outs, when open, actually extend over the site boundary. There is barely room for an car and a rig.  Just ridiculous.  We need a good park in the area and the owners really fell down on this one.

Called to get reservations for our 2008 diesel pusher. We own a place in Arizona in a 5 star resort and our rig is acceptable there but this trailer park in a farm field won't allow us in.        So sad they don't know the difference between a quarter million motor home and a twenty thousand dollar travel trailer.

Absolutely 100% loved my stay here!! Josephine and Jim will bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant. After I left they even checked in on me to see how I was doing and tell me they missed me being there. They make you feel like family :)  Nice clean private restrooms and shower areas with a dead bolt lock plus big washers and dryers for blankets and comforters. Full hookups and the rates are outstanding!! This place is close to a Post Office with PO boxes Walmart Safeway banks and anything else you might need. If you stay monthly the washers and dryers are only $15 for the month.

Rules are enforced inconsistently. Office staff is extremely rude (Josephine). Hospitality and friendliness not always practiced by all employees in this park, though the majority are considerate and helpful. Cable and wifi have never been hooked up even though they advertise it. We've seen more than one party leave early due to the arbitrary attitude of the staff. 

Park owner Jim followed up with us and is working with us to solve issues. In fact he went above and beyond to see what can be done, offering to try a couple of angles. Explained the WiFi. It is a Comcast problem. Say no more... we've all been there. We are hopeful that our continued stay will be positive. For the most part we like this park and its location and understand the need for good rules. We're confident with Jim's help it will work out. Stay tuned for updates.

Bathrooms are generally clean and are neeand modern. Great showers.

I have lived at their Smokey Point RV Park for over 2 years. I love living there. This Emerald Springs RV Park, is their other new park. It looks really nice.
