This isn't the worst of hwy 99 however it's pretty rough. Sweet older couple at the front lay out high expectations about trailer age and dog weight however quite a few off the grid type folks. More goose poop than dog poop and dog park sides to lake without a fence. WTH?? Nice restrooms at main station and w/ds work well and area is clean. They are on asphalt however it's tough to get backed in based on how they ask you to park you car at your site.

2 years ago we stayed at a RV site next door to Lakeside RV so we had a great way to compare the 2. The thing is "there is no comparison!" Maple Grove "Resort" was anything but a resort. It was awful. Then last summer we stayed at Lakeside. Lakeside people were awesome, park was clean and well-maintained, and Lakeside had a real dog park, not an alley way behind the site as we had experienced at MGR. We will be staying at Lakeside again this year for a few months.

Was ok. Downside wad you are VERY close to your neighbors. Also we were close to the laundry and bathrooms and we would get knocks on our door very late saying "they just pulled in and needed the code for the bathroom" which obviously they were not staying there and were homeless. That i really didnt like!

The place is nice and clean and they keep up on it. We stay for two weeks and paid a lil over 600 😨 but it was a last min thing we have a 90s trailer that has been completely updated they had no problems keeping us for 2 weeks. We decided to come back the next month and staff said they would not take reservations for our trailer which is odd we were here 3 1/2 weeks ago??? there are some older trailers there that are monthly we just come on a day to day basis.
