I am profoundly troubled by the speed limit regulations in this park. Typically, speed limits are set in increments of 5 MPH, which makes them straightforward and easy to follow. However, at Midway Gardens, simplicity in speed regulation seems to be an unattainable goal.  I must express my astonishment at the residents' seemingly innate ability to gauge vehicle speed. Even if I am driving at a modest 10 MPH, they promptly instruct me to reduce my speed further. This level of vigilance is quite extraordinary.  Moreover, Midway Gardens boasts an impressive bamboo grove that never fails to captivate me each time I pass by. The serene beauty of the bamboo adds a touch of tranquility to the otherwise perplexing experience of navigating the park's speed limits.

After living here 2+ years, I have   been surrounded by water due to clogged sewer. Unsafe and unsightly. Management will do nothing what so ever

Quiet and close to all needed services!  After living here awhile I am no longer giving this Park a 4. Management is non Responsive. Flooding roadway, dogs over Size, loud motorcycles, fighting neighbors and no landscaping maintenance. I love my home but not the location. So much for Sr. living......

Older park, no amenities, no RV Storage, no clubhouse, no pool, nothing...some lots have cement driveways but most are gravel and management won't allow tenants to pour a driveway, or at least they wouldn't let me do one. Rent is ridiculously high for this park. Tenant pays for water, electricity and sewer.

Very well kept and organized park for travel trailers and motorhomes.  Has all hook ups and priced well

It is a 55+ trailer park. Long time residence and the grounds are nice, quite and well kept.

Great place to live, very affordable.
