We had a pipe in our bathroom burst and thankfully caught it before too much damage was done.  I called as soon as we noticed it (around 1 pm).  The lady I spoke to was wonderful and told me that they were incredibly busy due to the amount of issues caused by pipes freezing in the area and that someone should be out to us in a few hours (specifically between 4:30-5:30).  When no one showed up at 6 pm, I called back and was told to "be patient" and someone would get ahold of me soon.  I reassured her that I understood and knew they were busy, thanking her for her assistance.  I waited until 9:00 pm at which point I called back and asked if someone was still planning on coming that evening.  She stated that the gentleman was on another job, but was finishing up and should be at our home in "between an hour to an hour and a half."  She stated that he would call to make sure someone was awake before coming and to let us know when he was on the way.  At midnight, after still hearing nothing from anyone, we finally went to bed and no one ever called us.  I understand there were a large number of people who had the same issue we did, but we spent an entire day/evening waiting around when they promised us that someone could come out and if they couldn't come, all they had to do was call and I would have contacted other help.  Thankfully this morning, someone from Roto-rooter came and fixed our problem within 30 minutes so I will NEVER be contacting you folks again and will be more than happy to tell everyone I know not to waste their time!  Thank you for nothing.
