We had a great, prompt, and professional experience today! We were online first thing this morning and chose this business first because of the glowing reviews. After calling Jim at around 6 am, he was here at the time he promised and got straight down to business. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the easiest of cases but he thoroughly explained the scenarios prior to starting and kept us informed the entire duration of his visit. He also gave us tips to keep our older system in shape. His extensive experience and knowledge was evident the entire time he was here. TRUST THESE REVIEWS! You will not be disappointed! We STRONGLY RECOMMEND him to everyone and will definitely be keeping his information on our list of trusted professionals to deal with our home in the future!!!!

Mr. Bertolino just spent an hour of his time talking to me and making me feel better about a bad experience I very recently had with another plumber. He answered his own phone offered expert advice and reassurance about the job that was done by someone else. He was extremely kind, very personable and clearly knows plumbing. I really wish I had called him to do the job. Rest assured he will be the one I call in the future. Expert plumber, nice guy, very honest and clearly cares about his work and his customers. I almost never post reviews but I had to post this one. Thank you again Mr. Bertolino. I really appreciated your time and expertise.

I called Jim up after I found a gas leak in my home. He was at my house within 2 hours or less. I was so pleased to see a quick response to my urgent call the same day. First off, he has a wonderful personality, and made me feel so comfortable in my home. He was very easy to talk to, and laid back. He took his time doing the job and was very thorough in every detail he made. I was beyond impressed. He also taught me a few tricks and tips, which made me feel even more pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the area. He won’t disappoint. I will definitely be calling him back if needed. He is fantastic at what he does and truly has a passion for the business he runs.

Highly recommend Jim Bertolino plumbing. He clearly explained the entire job (and potential costs) before visiting my house, and stuck through with the job despite some unforeseen challenges that most plumbers would have probably given up on. Jim gets 5 stars for his follow through and help throughout my insurance claim. He went well out of his way to photo and video the plumbing job (before, during, and after) and spent considerable time on the phone with my insurance agent clarifying costs and required work (he even worked through my insurance company's phone tree multiple times when my agent didn't call him back). Good plumber that is loyal to his customers.

Jim fixed our gas hot water heater a few months back, he was amazing. He went above and beyond fixing our problem and dealing with manufacturer of the heater. Jim also gave us step by step instructions on how to do yearly maintance on the heater so we can save money on the long run by keeping the heater in tip-top shape. Thanks so much Jim! This was a long over due review.
