My mother had a hot water heater that just started spurting out water. This was a Saturday morning, of course, Sears has the protection agreement on her hot water heater, but they could not come out for 2 weeks. Crazy. I called Roto-Rooter and got a live person on the phone and better than that they had someone at our door in 15-20 minutes. A welcomed site! We had a fellow by the name of Steve and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took care of the problem, stopped the water from spurting. He reminded me of the old way of taking care of customers, very friendly, very willing to satisfy the customer and did it with a smile! I will be using this company again for sure, I have rentals and it is imperative to have a reliable, fast acting service - especially during emergencies. The cost of the bill for being on a Saturday was much less than I had anticipated. Thank you Steve!

3 different companies came out before we called Rotorooter. It took two plumbers but the job was done right. We were properly educated on the cause. Advised how to prevent issues in the future. Polite, clean, timely and customer oriented company.

Great experience. Our technician was Alex and he was awesome. Arrived within the timeline and worked diligently on our old pipes and our clogged drain. Polite and very knowledgable. Gave us some great tips on how to keep our plumbing flowing smoothly. He was also nice and friendly with our dogs... Would highly recommend Roto Rooter and big kudos to Alex.

We had a backup in our downstairs toilet that also caused a backup in our tub. The first company I thought of was Roto-Rooter. Corey came out and took care of the initial problem but found another. Apparently a cable company may have cut into my sewage pipe a couple of feet down. Long story short, Alonzo Aungon came out first thing, explained in detail the process, was polite and professional. And the best part, Corey quoted a price that didn't make me feel like I got ripped off. Crisis averted. I would definitely use them again.

Called at 1 pm on a Monday, had a technician (Alonzo) at my home within the hour and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Great work, very courteous and professional. Thank you!
