Honest, patient response: best experience. I'm so grateful I could call Ray for advice on shower cartridges and valves. Due to conflicting reports from local plumbers and the insurance company, we needed impartial advice. Ray explained step by step how water leakage is caused, options for repair, and how to discern between conflicting advice. Now I know we didn't necessarily need a hole in the wall! Emergency call on a Saturday during flooding.  Honest and professional.  Could have charged me for the emergency call, instead was honest and professional and could have charged me for all kinds of things I would have willingly paid (not knowing a thing about plumbing), instead, took care of the issue in no time at all and simply asked me to think of them again if need arises.

I will send ALL my business their way now!

Our furnace stopped working the night of the big snow storm. Ray answered my call at 11:30 pm, and went out of his way to help us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I like how he explained what was happening and how it worked. I highly recommend Emergency Response to help with your plumbing and heating needs.

The information and customer service I received was remarkable!!! My questions were answered immediately and the answers I was given we're spot on. I'm in Maryland so using them for my plumbing needs would be hard however if you live in or plan on moving to Rhode Island I would definitely call Emergency Response plumbing!!
