When we called the main number, Doreen answered and immediately arranged for the needed service.  She was very calm and professional which we appreciated at the time.  Later that day repair technician Rito came to our home and diagnosed our HVAC issue.  The parts were ordered and shortly thereafter Rito returned and fixed the HVAC issue.  In the meantime he left us two space heaters which really helped as the outside temps were in single digits.  We found Rito to be extremely capable and professional. He is a real asset to National Refrigeration.  Because of Doreen and Rito we would definitely use and recommend National Refrigeration for HVAC issues.

The service we received from beginning to end was just fantastic.  Everything was done very professionally and we couldn't be more pleased.  They left everything as it was when they left and even swept the whole garage floor!  We are now enjoying our cool air!!! Thank you to the whole team!!  You are great!!!

Rito S. was courteous, efficient, and  took care to insure that the inspection was done correctly..a pleasure to have him as a technician. He is a definite credit to the company.

Ryan is the best service representative that I have met. On his first visit, he concisely outlined my air conditioning  system issues and presented the best solution.  Ryan and coworkers, Shawn, Rito, and Jared, returned to upgrade my system. All were professional and completed the installation on a timely schedule. I will use National for all my heating and AC needs and I will ask for Ryan every time.
